Caregiving for Loved Ones the "New Normal" for Boomers
According to the Family Caregiver Alliance, 43.5 million Americans are caring for an older adult. Given that people are living longer than ever, most of these caregivers are baby boomers. An average of 10,000 baby boomers are turning 65 every day. This is the first generation of that might spend as much time caring for aging parents as they did for their children.
